"Living Again, Free from a Mental Prison"

The Lightning Process did two things for me, the value of which cannot be overstated. Like many others, I took the LP when I was in a very negative, low place. In one weekend the LP got me out of that place. It gave me the tools to get myself out of that place. Just reading the words it sounds simple - but the text doesn't do justice to what that meant to me. I could live again. I was free from a mental prison.

The second thing it did was change my relationship to my thoughts. The amount of negative self-talk I have right now, 9 months after the LP, is between 5 and 10% of what it was prior to the LP. Again, this is an astounding thing, and its value can't be overstated. If you've found yourself here, I cannot recommend the LP strongly enough. And I literally could not imagine a better teacher, someone better to go through it with, than Amanda Ashley.
